corrie & i recently came up with a concept to help ourselves become more honest and genuine in our everyday lives, which i know for myself, can occasionally be near impossible. it sounds stupid, but it is actually awesome and i'm totally into it. you go through your cell phone and say, to yourself or to whom ever you are with, the blunt, honest text message you would, in theory, send each person.

you're right - to be honest and genuine is not as easy as it sounds. real honesty requires a profound self-awareness. a movement towards self-awareness is a huge goal of this class, i love that you have articulated it here!
